The printing method
Direct-to-Film printing (DTF) — what it means for your order
Your artwork is printed in full colour onto film, backed with white ink, then bonded into the fabric with heat and pressure.
Full colour, no limits
Gradients, photographs and fine text print exactly as designed. The number of colours never changes the price.
Bright on dark fabrics
A white ink underbase sits behind the colour layer, so artwork stays clear and bright on black garments as well as white.
Fine detail holds
Small text, thin lines and illustrated detail survive the transfer instead of filling in.
Bonded into the fabric
Controlled heat and pressure bond the complete print to the garment rather than leaving it sitting on top.
That is why sponsor logos stay sharp even on a dark team jersey.

Can we print individual player names and numbers?
Yes. Each shirt can carry a different name and number, printed in full colour in the same production run.
Is there a minimum for a team order?
No. Order the exact number of players on your roster. Volume discounts begin at 12 pieces.
Can we mix youth and adult sizes?
Yes, and both count toward the same volume discount tier in a single order.
Can we reorder mid-season if a player joins?
Yes. Because there is no minimum, a single replacement shirt is a valid order.
How long before our first game should we order?
Allow 7 to 10 business days of production after approval, plus shipping transit. Rush production may be available on request.
