The printing method
Direct-to-Film printing (DTF) — what it means for your order
Your artwork is printed in full colour onto film, backed with white ink, then bonded into the fabric with heat and pressure.
Full colour, no limits
Gradients, photographs and fine text print exactly as designed. The number of colours never changes the price.
Bright on dark fabrics
A white ink underbase sits behind the colour layer, so artwork stays clear and bright on black garments as well as white.
Fine detail holds
Small text, thin lines and illustrated detail survive the transfer instead of filling in.
Bonded into the fabric
Controlled heat and pressure bond the complete print to the garment rather than leaving it sitting on top.
That is why a ten-sponsor logo wall prints just as cleanly on a dark tote as on a white tee.

Questions we get asked
Is there really no minimum order?
Correct. You can order a single shirt or several hundred. Volume discounts start at 12 pieces, but there is no floor to place an order.
Can we mix sizes in the same order?
Yes. Youth, ladies' and unisex sizes can be combined in one order and still count toward the same volume discount tier.
Does a multi-colour logo cost more?
No. DTF prints full colour in a single pass, so a photo or a ten-colour sponsor wall costs the same as plain text.
How far ahead of our event should we order?
Production takes 7 to 10 business days once artwork, payment and proof approval are complete. Shipping time is separate, so allow a buffer for transit.
Can we get a sample before a large order?
Sample availability depends on the product and decoration method requested. Mention it in your quote request and we will confirm the options.
